• Rib Eye Steak

  Now serving  16oz. We hand cut our rib eyes from USDA choice rib eye rolls.   Every other restaurant uses select grade.  This is a grade below USDA choice.We then use our special seasoning and charbroil them very slowly to keep all the juices and flavor in.  We use a 16 oz steak because it makes a thicker steak.  We can cut the steak in half and cook one 8 oz medium and the other 8 oz well done or however you like it.
